My good friend (and beautiful bridesmaid) Erica, is getting married!

I am SO happy for her and her hubby-to-be! Tomorrow is her bridal shower, and since she L-O-V-E-S red velvet, I made some cute little mini cupcakes for the party!

Movie Night and Popcorn

Girls night at work was the perfect chance to make some cupcakes (athough it doesn't take much for me to come up with an excuse to bake!)

Janeht had been wanting homemade funfetti, it was the perfect cupcake base for these fun cupcakes!

Beautiful Butterflies

I should have known when I made these beauties the first time, and they came out SO CUTE, that they would be so popular! I think I've filled 3 or 4 orders for these already! They are hand piped with melted chocolates, and they taste as good as they look. These are devils food cupcakes with vanilla buttercream... YUM!

I've made these for Easter, Valentines Day and Birthdays! What fun it is to be a part of people's celebrations!

Oreos!

This was one of those recipes that I wanted to try for a long time and they were SO worth it! Homemade whipped frosting with crushed Oreos on top of a chocolate cupcake... YUM!

S'mores and a Sweet 16!

Today we wished a happy birthday to two of my wonderful cousins! (Along with some love to all of the mothers in my family!)


Marie is going to be 16 tomorrow! I can't believe she is so grown up, and am so proud to call her my family. What a mature and wonderful woman she is growing into! I knew she needed something special for her big day... something girly too!

Homemade confetti with pink and purple srinkles and chocolate frosting all wrapped up in a purple cupcake liner seemed to do the trick! I hope your Sweet 16 is just as sweet as you are Marie!

It was also Sam's birthday, and his was today! I figured he may not be thrilled with cupcakes that were pink and purple, so I opted for something yummy and sweet, since we all know Sam is famous for his sweet tooth!

These seemed to hit the spot! Graham Cracker crust on bottom, chocolate cupcakes, and a homemade marshmallow frosting, toasted! I hope your day today was fantastic Sammy! We love you!

These cupcakes were made for one of my mom's coworker. She was throwing a surprise birthday party for a friend. What a wonderful way to celebrate a spring birthday! I sure hope that they enjoyed them!
